As a Product Manager at Hirelane, you will work with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, prioritize product features, and drive product development from ideation to launch. You will be responsible for ensuring that our product delivers value to our customers and drives business growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building products, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.



Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform strategy

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements

  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute product development from ideation to launch

  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from stakeholders

  • Analyze user data to identify and drive product enhancements

  • Develop and maintain product roadmap and release plans

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices



Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology company

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude

San Francisco, CA (remote work possible)



Salary


$120,000 - $150,000 per year DOE
